Legendary TheMost is situated in the historical center of Moscow and has earned recognition from the demanding local public as well as sophisticated foreign guests.
The interior of the café takes you back to King Louis’ XIV Palace of Versailles, to the era of exultant hedonism and splendor. Marble table tops, aged by the use of a unique technology, perilla purple velvet curtains complement raised upholstery of armchairs and couches, chamber lighting and large windows provide a panoramic view of Kuznetsky Most street. Courtly settings accentuate respectability and at the same time hint to the relaxing atmosphere of Parisian grand-cafes scattered around Grand Boulevards. Restaurant, TheMost is considered to be one of the most beautiful eateries in Moscow – in the evenings oversaturated with the essence of luxury, whilst in the mornings the same interiors are exuberating air and light.
Recognized leader in the French haute cuisine in Moscow, Grand Café TheMost sticks to its principles regarding the atmosphere as well as the menu – everything is refined, restrained and current. Chefs of TheMost are ready to prepare anything that suits your soul or lights your fancy. There is no need to travel to Paris or Rome to try authentic French cuisine — you can enjoy France and Italy at the Grand Café TheMost. Bon appétit!
Foreign diplomats, business elite, bohemians, celebrities, politicians and simply connoisseurs of haute cuisine are frequent guests at TheMost.
Thomas Vincent Bluy
Thomas Vincent Bluy is the head chef of the restaurant. He has worked in the best restaurants in France, Spain, Belgium and Australia with many star chefs and always dreamt of becoming a brilliant professional of his craft. However, as the chef of TheMost he has also achieved the status of a high society socialite. When asked what is the biggest miracle that has happened in his life, Tomas’ response is simple – Grandmother. While his parents were busy managing an insurance business, Tomas spent his time at home observing grandmother’s gastronomical rituals. When his older brother just started learning the culinary geometry (now an owner of a pleasant Parisian café Les Papilles, situated close to Luxembourg Gardens) Tomas was bedazzled by restaurant’s atmosphere and would soon become sous chef at the young age of 16. Nowadays, Tomas spends most of his time in Russia, occasionally visiting France where his parents reside and Spain where his family lives and owns a small restaurant in Marbella – Casamis. «When I am in Paris I always go to my brother’s restaurant, as well as my favorite restaurant L’Ami Jean, where they always create new dishes.» – Thomas Vincent Bluy.
